Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Moruya, NSW and provide tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Order Processing

Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During launches, sales and other high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping: estimated 2–8 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping: estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free Australian standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $149 or more. The eligible order total shown at checkout determines whether free shipping applies, and discounts may affect eligibility.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or delivery location.

International Orders

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery is generally 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking link. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email sales@ironaffinity.com.au as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer or an uncollected delivery may require an additional shipping payment before they can be sent again.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be lost, email sales@ironaffinity.com.au as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders

If an order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be dispatched once every item is available unless stated otherwise. Place separate orders if you would like available items sent sooner.
