Shipping Policy

We keep it simple — you order, we ship fast, and we keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

During product launches or sales, this can stretch to up to 5 business days due to high order volume.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times & Costs

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international locations.

Delivery can take 7–21 business days, depending on your country and local customs processes.

All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Wrong Address or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Iron Affinity is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us for this reason can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t shown up within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@ironaffinity.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll investigate with the carrier and help get it sorted.

Pre-Orders

If you order an item marked as a pre-order, it’ll ship once all items in your order are available.

If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
